We are Jana and Bjorn, and we have been working together as a “media crew”, covering a scattered range of projects and adventures over the years. Adventures in general, and Adventure Race World Series in particular.

We know the game out there and how to get around. We know the ARWS people. We love what we do, and we will be loyal to the assignment covering your story from before the start, during the race, and up until you travel back home. We are experts in solving problems as we go. We are socially competent and well-traveled. We are also culturally mature enough to become friends with locals, no matter where we end up and whatever help or guidance we need to fulfill our role as your media crew.

Together, we form an expedition-ready media crew, combining strategic storytelling and visual documentation, capturing the psychological and physical challenges within adventures in remote places.
Jana Julian is a photographer and visual storyteller focused on capturing authentic moments in nature, with a strong connection to adventure and endurance environments. A nature lover and explorer with a passion for storytelling and imagery.
Bjorn Bertoft is a creative producer working with global communication for good cause and purpose-driven projects, connected to sustainability and international collaboration.

Jana and Bjorn as your dedicated media crew around the clock on racing days

Accessible at videomeetings while planning/preparing prior to the race

Traveling to the destination up to 5 days before the start and staying until you return home

Producing images, footage, interviews and socialmedia content before, during, and after the race

Providing your team with GoPro-cameras, batteries, and memory cards

Enabling high-speed internet access via our own Starlink, safeguarding constant connection to your team’s tracker and a 24/7-possibility to share stories and updates even in remote areas along the race track

Rental car costs (off road 4WD) and insurances for entire stay

A fixed daily contractor-fee during your team’s racing days + 1 day before start and 1 day after passing finish line. “Daily Contractor-Fee” to be negotiated
